Products – Minor problems: We will repair qualifying minor faults free of charge within a reasonable time. If not repaired within a reasonable time, you may choose a replacement or refund.
Products – Major problems: If the issue is major, you may choose a refund, replacement, or keep the item and receive compensation for any reduction in value.
Services: Minor service issues will be remedied at no cost within a reasonable time. Major service issues may entitle you to cancel the service and receive an appropriate refund or compensation.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covering manufacturing defects including structural faults, metal porosity, workmanship defects, faulty settings, soldering defects and loose stones caused by manufacturing.
Fine Jewellery – Earrings, Chains, Bracelets & Pendants
Two-Year Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity, clasps, hinges and workmanship.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, sapphires and gemstones supplied by Aaron Lucas Jewellery covering the characteristics selected at purchase. Excludes accidental damage, loss, wear and tear, theft, chipping and impact damage.
Contact Aaron Lucas Jewellery by phone, email or via our website. Return the jewellery with proof of purchase, relevant certificates and a description of the issue. We will conduct a complimentary assessment. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the issue is not covered, a repair quotation will be provided before work proceeds. Repairs or alterations by third parties may void this warranty.
The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, bent rings from impact, chipped or cracked gemstones, worn claws, stone loss from everyday wear, chemical damage, misuse, neglect, theft or mysterious disappearance.
One complimentary resizing applies to eligible rings purchased from Aaron Lucas Jewellery. Some styles including full eternity bands, tension settings and certain bespoke designs may not be resizable or may require a remake. Proof of purchase is required and shipping costs may apply.
